[Editor’s note: Our youngest contributor A added his perspectives on the trip around the Yamanote line which we previously posted about here. Enjoy!]
Welcome readers today we went all the way around the yamanote line, from Ebisu to ebisu. If you didn’t know the yamanote line is a circle no 終点 (shūten) final stop. So if you fall asleep 😴 you will just go round & round until you wake up.
Notice how a lot of the o’s are ō’s the line makes the vowel longer. So we went from ebisu (just under 渋谷 Shibuya) to ebisu. Also notice how it goes to 東京駅 tōkyō station (on the middle of the right side). & the chūō line & sobu line go right through the middle.
The west side ends at Takao for the Chūō & Mitaka for the Sobu.
The east side ends at Tokyo for the Chūō & Chiba for the Sobu so yeah bye for now.
